How do I join WebPanels.org?
To join WebPanels.org, simply fill out our registration form. It requires approximately a minute to do so. You then have the opportunity to express your opinions on subjects that we are currently surveying and by doing so, you can win instant prizes and you are automatically entered in our draws.

How do I know if I won a prize?
All our prize winners are notified by e-mail and by mail. Make sure that your personal profile, available at your own PanelSpace, is up to date!

I forgot my username and/or password!
If you forgot your username and/or password, simply…
• go to the login page;
• enter the e-mail address that you provided us with when you originally joined. (In the last text box)
A new and temporary password will be sent to you at the same e-mail address. You will then have the option to change it to something else that you will remember.

How can I refer a friend to WebPanels.org and increase my chances of winning?
Every friend of yours who joins WebPanels.org gives you 7 additional PanelPoints.
To invite a friend to join WebPanels.org, you must be a registered panelist at WebPanels.org. Then, simply go to your personalized PanelSpace, click on “Your Referral Tree” and then on “Invite more friends!”.

How do I notify you if my personal information (e-mail, home address, etc.) has changed?
To update your profile and contact information, simply go to your personalized PanelSpace and click on “Update my profile”. Your profile will be updated right away!

Are you going to sell me anything?
As a survey business, WebPanels.org is committed to never soliciting you other than for your participation in our studies. We will never try to sell you anything and your personal information will always be kept confidential.

What do you do with my responses?
The information collected by our surveys is compiled to create general consumer profiles, preferences, consumption habits, trends, general opinions, indicators, etc. By surveying a sample of the population, we are able to reach conclusions to the questions under study.

WebPanels.org is committed to respecting the privacy of its users. We strive to provide a safe, secure user experience. Your personal information shall never be shared or sold. The information collected by our surveys is compiled to create general consumer profiles and indicators. There is no way of identifying panellists and/or their personal answers. For whom are you doing your surveys?
Our clients come from a wide range of industries. They all have one element in common: they want your feedback on questions that are important to them.
To preserve impartiality, we generally do not disclose the name of the sponsor of any particular research survey.
